  • $500 buys historic black and white pictures for a guest room
  • $1,300 purchases new mattresses and box springs for a guest room
  • $4,000 allows the renovation of a guest room
  • $20,000 purchases a new hot water system
  • $25,000 funds repairing the walls and concrete flooring on the lakeside patio
  • $50,000 enables the Crystal Room to be restored
  • $50,000 buys new furnishings and fixtures for the lobby
  • $60,000 funds new floor-to-ceiling windows and doors connecting to the back patio as was found in the original design
  • $65,000 funds the remaining roof and gutter repairs
  • $70,000 opens up the Veranda again and adds some larger windows
  • $100-200,000 facilitates new elevators
  • $150,000 finances re-imaging the snackery and pool area
  • $1,115,000 funds the long term interior infrastructure needs including plumbing and electrical systems
